We want you to love your Peak Physique Active gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
• Items are unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned in original bag
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Worn items
• Marked items, unless specified prior to return
• Items marked “Final Sale”
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. How to Start a Return
Email us at orders@peakphysiqueactive.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Reason for return
We will provide return instructions.
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
